Our aim is to always bring our customers great value and a quality service.
Which is why we provide free shipping to a number of countries around the world from our warehouses based in the United Kingdom, United States, France, Spain, Germany and China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
Due to the cost of delivery to some parts of the world, a nominal fee is required to ship to some locations. The price will be displayed during the checkout process if applicable to your selected shipping destination.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.
If you happen to be from one of those countries please enter a support ticket for more information.

Products in our store often have the choice of warehouse you can order from, please select the nearest location to you for the quickest delivery.

Customs

We are not responsible for any customs fees you may be charged after your order has been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your respective country.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
NOTE: Some free delivery services do not provide tracking information.
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in separate deliveries even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Returns

Easy Returns

All our products are backed with 30 day money back guarantee.
If you wish to begin processing a return, login to your account and go to My Tickets > Open a Support Ticket > Select the Returns Department.
Simply include details about why you wish to return your item and our team will respond with the next step.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT send your item back to us unless we have authorised your return request with an RMA number.
Authorisation will be confirmed by response to your support ticket.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We can not be held responsible for any returns that are lost in transit.

Please do not return an item without a valid RMA number, as the return will not be processed.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped, after shipping an order can not be cancelled.
If you have paid for your order and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours, after this time we may not able to change your order.

Refunds

Our highest priority is to make you happy, so everyone who shops at BodyBraces.co.uk receives the following guarantees:

  • Full refund if you don’t receive your order;
  • Full refund if your order does not arrive within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 business days processing);
  • Full or partial refund if the item is not as described;

Full refunds are not available under the following circumstances:

  • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you request a return for an item that is not faulty, the item and packaging must be in a ‘as new’ resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.
If the item or packaging is damaged there will be a restocking fee of 20% of the item price inclusive of tax (where applicable).
